Google Forms

For this assignment we were required to use Google Forms to collect data similar to a quiz, review or survey. We had to include at least seven questions, featuring three different question types (multiple choice, essay, grid, etc.). We had to choose a theme, grade level and content area. I chose to do mine on the presidents of the United States.
